daydaily.com-Reuters reports, a Shanghai court, China has rejected a request to block the sale of Proview International Apple iPad. According to the sources of these publications, the Court of Law in Shangai, issued a ruling that Apple won a trademark infringement following a complaint filed by Proview International in Shanghai on Wednesday (23/02/2012).

In the interim decision only covers sales of iPad in the city, before Apple had a series of minor defeats in the courts of law throughout China. Apple has appealed the court’s decision in December in Shenzhen to support the Proview, and continued the hearing scheduled on 29 Februai 2012 in the southern China province of Guangdong.

Someone, who follows the Chung Doe of Traditional Moo Doe, before making any decision, will fully consider the consequences to others involved. When Moo Doe follows Chung Doe, the focus is on building character, confidence, self-esteem and strength. Individuals are extremely strong, even past their seventies and eighties, and their movement is very powerful. This same strength will carry over to their daily lives, which will be enriched and enable them to find balance. Chung Doe uses the power of Moo Doe only for the right reason (correct justice), to strengthen family relations, friendships, religion and daily activities. Practitioners who follow the Pa Doe (wrong path) are known for their egotism, jealousy, and lack of honor, morals, discipline and stability. Their selfishness and tendency toward instigating trouble cause them to believe in a distortion of reality that is far from the truth. Pa Doe influenced instructors would like others to believe that they acquired superior knowledge and techniques from past training with the best masters, when in fact they did not. Their capability deteriorates rapidly after age forty or fifty and they are in very poor mental and physical condition (unbalanced). As a consequence, they resort to fabricated movement and, ultimately, fear exposure through such things as videos, photos, Moo Doe knowledge and correct morals. Their students do not develop properly because the result of what they are learning is similar to a street fight. In Pa Doe the focus is on the “violent” aspects of martial arts, with little regard for the effect of one’s actions on others. Pa Doe is the “bad seed” of Moo Doe morals and leaves behind within the community a reputation of inferior technique and ability, uncontrolled anger and failure.

Flores is the most fascinating and beautiful island. Long hidden in the shadows of its more famous neighbor Bali, the island of Flores is finally emerging as a unique destination of its own.  So, after visiting the lair of the Komodo dragons, take time to marvel at some of the wonders of Flores.  Here you can swim in pristine lakes and waterfalls, dive at one of the 50 spectacular dive sites, go kayaking among craggy coasts and mangrove shores, explore mysterious caves and be warmly welcomed by the island’s people in their rituals, dances and daily life.

Until recently, many tourists have only been familiar with Labuan Bajo, the small port located on the western-most tip of the island, and  the taking off point for a visit to the last natural habitat of the prehistoric Komodo dragons, the islands of Komodo, Rinca and Padar.

Situated in the province of East Nusatenggara, Flores is a long island that contains some of the world’s best kept secrets. A chain of volcanoes stretches the length of this 450 km long and narrow island, creating complicated V-shaped valleys and knife-edged ridges – terrain that was near impenetrable until recently and has separated the island into many distinct ethnic groups.

Administratively the island is divided into 8 districts; West Manggarai, Manggarai, East Manggarai, Nagekeo, Ngada, Ende, Sika and East Flores. Further east are the adjacent islands of Alor and Lembata.

Here you will find some of the world’s most exotic underwater life.  Diving in the pristine seas of Komodo, divers find themselves swimming along with huge manta rays, dolphins and dugongs, while whales can be seen passing Flores’s east coast during their migration period.

The island itself is surrounded by sparkling white beaches, where one beach even has pink sand.   Mt. Kelimutu, near the town of Maumere, has three different coloured lakes that can change colour from time to time.

Besides Komodo dragons, Flores has been in the world’s limelight with the discovery of the Flores hobbit, or homo floresiensis, a new hitherto unknown prehistoric human species, whose remains were found in the caves of Liang Bua.

This island is indeed ancient, having been untouched for centuries, once inhabited by prehistoric men and still living prehistoric animals, as well as containing remnants of a petrified forest.

At the easternmost tip of the island, Larantuka is famous for its Easter-week rituals that still continue the old Portuguese traditions brought here some 500 years ago. While at adjacent Lembata , islanders hunt whales manually, harpooning precariously from small boats.

London College of Fashion, one the world’s leading providers of fashion education and exponent of the multi-billion pound fashion industry – today announced a collaboration to celebrate 150 years of a very British icon, the Tuxedo.

London College of Fashion (LCF) which attracts creative talent from all over the world, has teamed up with internationally renowned Henry Poole & Co of Savile Row and luxury fabric supplier Dormeuil on this major project to re-invent the Tuxedo for the 21^st century: The Little Black Jacket – Celebrating 150 years of the Tuxedo.

The resulting work will travel internationally to a number of destinations, including as a ‘pop-up’ in Harrods and the Burlington Arcade in London and to Tuxedo Park in New York , where the black jacket was first worn in America – with other international dates for 2012 to follow shortly. Visitors will have the opportunity to chart the Tuxedo, a garment that effortlessly sums up traditional values of Britishness, excellence, fashion and sophisticated style – from its invention by Henry Poole and Co in Savile Row in 1860 to the legendary status that is has today.

Re-inventing the Tuxedo for the 21^st century are a group of talented LCF BA (Hons) Bespoke Tailoring students who have been partnered with actors from the Drama Centre at LCF’s sister college Central Saint Martin’s to create tailor made tuxedos. To illustrate the creative process two films have been produced – the first a behind the scenes documentary, the second a stunning black and white fashion short.

As well as creating bespoke tuxedos, LCF has commissioned a publication by bringing together high profile faces from its extensive network of supporters, including Chairman of the British Fashion Council Harold Tillman CBE (himself an LCF tailoring alumnus) who has personally endorsed the project as a “perfect example of some of the finest British craftsmanship.” Other VIP stars who have been shot in their favourite Tuxedos,  with an accompanying vignette outlining what makes this distinctive item of clothing so iconic, include supermodel Marie Helvin, musician Mr Hudson, Gordon Richardson (Topman) and jeweller Robert Tateossian.

Professor Frances Corner OBE, Head of College at London College of Fashion has also been photographed in a specially designed Tuxedo, which has been accepted attire for women as well as men even before Yves Saint Laurent’s stunning interpretation in the 1960s. She commented, “The Little Black Jacket project has been a wonderful and rare opportunity for students from different disciplines and courses – from design and styling to film and photography – to collaborate with industry and across colleges within University of the Arts London, to immerse themselves in this creative and exciting brief celebrating the 150^th Anniversary of the Tuxedo. This project has already attracted extraordinary interest and we are currently in discussion with various partners in the UK and overseas illustrating the iconic power of the Tuxedo.”
