this article will talk all about gold investment, how to buy, what the prospect and any others. the artcles sources are from : USAGOLD.COM , and i hope will give lot benefit to all of you.

Question. What kind of gold should I buy?
Answer. We probably get that question more than any other — pretty much on a daily basis. The answer, however, is not as straightforward as you might think. What you buy depends upon your goals. We usually answer the “What should I buy?” question with a question of our own: “Why are you interested in buying gold?”
If your goal is simply to capitalize on price movement, then bullion coins will serve your purposes. If you are interested in long-term asset preservation and you have additional concerns about capital and/or monetary controls — a more complicated scenario — then you might want to include the lower premium variety of pre-1933 European and American gold coins in the mix. These have been treated by the U.S. government since the 1930s as historical items, and, as a result, afford the privacy-minded investor a greater degree of safety than gold bullion. These can still be acquired at reasonable premiums over their melt value.
But what I just gave you is a rough sketch. To develop a more refined strategy, we recommend spending time with your broker here at USAGOLD-Centennial Precious Metals. We can help you design a portfolio capable of weathering these uncertain times and in keeping with your long-term goals.
Q.When should I buy?
Answer. The short answer is ‘When you need it.’ You cannot approach gold the way you approach stock or real estate investments. Timing is not the real issue. The first question you need to ask yourself is whether or not you believe you need to own gold. Once you answer that question in the affirmative, there is no point in delaying your actual purchase. The real goal is to diversify so that your overall wealth is not compromised by economic dangers and uncertainties like the kind generated by the 2008 financial crisis.
Q. Can you give us a profile of the typical gold investor?
Answer. Gold owners are a group of people we have come to know very well in our nearly 40 years in the business. Contrary to the less than flattering picture sometimes painted by the mainstream press, the people we have helped become gold owners are among those we rely upon most in our daily lives — our physicians and dentists, nurses and teachers, plumbers, carpenters and building contractors, business owners, attorneys, engineers and university professors (to name a few.) In other words, gold ownership is pretty much a Main Street endeavor.
Traditionally, wealthy, aristocratic European and Asian families have kept a strong percentage of their assets in gold as a protective factor. That same philosophy has taken hold in the United States in recent years and begun to spread, particularly in light of the on-going financial crisis, and among those interested in retaining family wealth from one generation to the next. In a recent years, we have helped a good many family trusts diversify with gold coins and bullion at the advice of their portfolio managers.
Q. Why not wait for the necessity to arise, then buy gold?
Answer. Over the past few years, as concern about a financial and economic breakdown spread, there were periods of gold coin bottlenecks and actual shortages. The national mints could not keep up with public demand, and the flow of older gold from Europe was stymied by accelerating demand both there and in the United States. Premiums shot-up and a mad scramble developed for the available gold, even at rapidly escalating prices.
These events pointed up some of the problems inherent to the contemporary gold market. During times when demand for gold is booming, you cannot call the warehouse and order gold coins like you can most other consumer items. Even running at full capacity, the manufacturers (the national mints) cannot keep up with demand surges like the one we had in 2008 – 2009. In the case of the older coins coming from Europe, the supply simply dries up because, to make a long story short, they aren’t making any more of them. You should not treat a gold acquisition the way you do ordinary consumer purchases. Though your need might be great, the supply might simply have disappeared. If you think you should own gold, the worst thing you can do is get caught up in a price guessing contest as to when is the best time to buy. The better approach is make your acqusition(s) and position yourself positively in the event of further economic problems.
Q. You frequently mention gold as insurance. What do you mean by that?
Answer. Those of you who have read my book, The ABCs of Gold Investing: How to Protect and Build Your Wealth with Gold, know that gold’s baseline, essential quality is its role as the only primary asset that is not someone else’s liability or responsibility. That separates gold from the majority of capital assets which in fact do rely on another’s ability to pay, like bonds and bank savings, or the performance of the management, or some other delimiting factor, as is the case with stocks.
The first chapter of that book ends with this:
“No matter what happens in this country, with the dollar, with the stock and bond markets, the gold owner will find a friend in the yellow metal — something to rely upon when the chips are down. In gold, investors will find a vehicle to protect their wealth. Gold is bedrock.”
This is precisely what people learned during recurring economic crisis situations over the centuries as well as in contemporary meltdowns such as Mexico’s in 1994, the Pacific Rim’s in 1997, and the United States’ slow motion crisis from 2001 to the present. If you consider what investors lost in the U.S. stock market over the last decade and what gold investors gained during the same period, the swing in the net wealth effect is astonishing. When push came to shove, those who owned gold understood what we mean when we say “gold is bedrock.” To reduce this to a course of action: Diversification is important.
Q. What percentage of my assets should I invest in gold?
Answer. Once again the answer is not cut and dried, but a general rule of thumb is 10% to 30%, and once again your broker at USAGOLD-Centennial Precious Metals can help you make the decision. How high you go between 10% and 30% depends upon how concerned you are about the current economic, financial and political situation.
Q. In your book, The ABCs of Gold Investing, you start the chapter by saying “Who you do business with is one of the most important aspects of gold investing.” Why is that?
Answer. A solid, professional gold firm can go a long way in helping the investor shortcut the learning curve. A good gold firm can help you avoid some the problems and pitfalls encountered along the way, and provide some direction. It is very important to pick the right firm. An experienced and reputable gold broker can help you choose the right gold product mix to hedge your portfolio, make sure the prices you pay are in line with market expectations, and help you in general with the decision making process. Also, the right firm — one with proven longevity — will most likely be around to help you liquidate all or part of your holdings should the need arise.
Q. Can you briefly describe what you believe to be the biggest mistake investors make when starting out as gold owners?
Answer. The biggest trap investors fall into is buying a gold investment that bears little or no relationship to his or her objectives. Take safe-haven investors for example. That group makes up 90% of our clientele, and probably a good 75% of the current physical gold market. Most often the safe-haven investor simply wants to add gold coins to his or her portfolio mix, but too often this same investor ends up instead with a leveraged (financed) gold position or a handful of exotic rare coins (often costing five or six figures). These have little to do with safe-haven investing, and most investors would be well served to avoid them — except as a sideline.
Q. What is your view of gold stocks?
Answer. Many of our clients own gold stocks and we believe they have a place in the portfolio. However, it should be emphasized that gold stocks are not a substitute for real gold ownership, that is, in its physical form as coins and bars. Instead, stocks should be viewed as an addition to the portfolio after one has truly diversified with gold coins and bullion. Gold stocks can actually act opposite the intent of the investor, as some justifiably disgruntled mine company shareholders learned in the recent past when their stocks failed to perform as the price rose. There is no such ambiguity involved in actual gold ownership.
Q. What about gold futures contracts?
Answer. Futures contracts are generally considered one of the most speculative arenas in the investment marketplace. The investor’s exposure to the market is leveraged and the moves both up and down are greatly exaggerated. Something like 9 out of 10 investors who enter the futures market come away losers. For someone looking to hedge his or her portfolio against economic and financial risk, this is a poor substitute for owning the metal itself.
Q. Please summarize: What is the best approach for the safe-haven investor?
Answer. If you want to protect yourself against inflation, deflation, stock market weakness and potential currency problems — in other words, if you want to hedge financial uncertainties, there is only one portfolio item that will serve you in all seasons and under most circumstances — gold coins and bullion.

FORKED RIVER, NJ, JUNE 28, 2011 – In 1984, President Ronald Reagan designated July as National Ice Cream Month and the third Sunday of the month (July 17, 2011) as National Ice Cream Day. He recognized ice cream as a fun and nutritious food that is enjoyed by a full 90% of the nation’s population. In the proclamation, President Reagan called for all people of the United States to observe these events with “appropriate ceremonies and activities.” With this in mind, Cowabunga Ice Cream (www.CowabungaIceCream.com) – a national super premium designer ice cream and healthful frozen yogurt brand – would like to share some tasty tidbits about ice cream and its impressive impact on our nation.

Far more than just a delicious dessert, ice cream impacts America’s economy at large. “According to The International Ice Cream Association, the U.S. ice cream industry generates billions in annual sales and provides jobs for thousands of citizens,” notes Ellen Schack, founder and CEO of Cowabunga Ice Cream. “They report that about 9% of all the milk produced by U.S. dairy farmers is used to produce ice cream, contributing significantly to the economic well-being of the nation’s dairy industry.” (more…)

Buying a house can be hard work. A lot can go wrong and delays are normal. But there are things you can do to make it easier, starting with reading this buying property checklist.

everyone wants a house
Work out how much you can afford
If you are looking to buy a house on your own, a lender will agree to offer you at least 3 to 4 times your income, so if you earn £30,000 you can obtain a loan for at least £90,000. A couple are likely to be offered 2.75 to 3 times their joint income. Some lenders will offer bigger income multiples if they think that you have enough disposable income to meet the monthly repayments. (more…)

Most Australian’s tend to grow up around water. Many people have backyard pools, we spend our holidays at the beach or by a river and it is common that most children learn how to swim from an early age. Unfortunately many children still drown every year, and many of these deaths occur in backyard pools. When installing a pool in your backyard as well as putting in the pool, the pool pump and the heating system, you will also need to install a safety fence that adheres to the Australian safety standards.
Safety fence
It is important that every backyard pool has a safety fence, one that is in keeping with the Australian safety standards. Many lives can be saved by having a fence in place. It will also need to have a child proof gate. The fence can be made from metal, brick or even glass, as long as it meets with the standards. The look of your pool can be improved by having a glass fence as this will allow you uninterrupted views.
First aid
It is a good idea when you have children to do a first aid course. Having at least one person in the home who knows proper first aid can be extremely beneficial. Learning how to resuscitate a person is a useful skill, which hopefully you will never need to use, but having this skill will give you good piece of mind.
Keep an eye on children
Always watch children around water. When you are around a pool, at the beach or by a river, or even when your children are in the bath, never take your eyes off them. Children can drown extremely quickly, even in a small amount of water. Even if your children can swim it is wise to keep watch over them. If you are out by the pool with them make sure that you give them your full attention, don’t just keep half on eye on them while you do other things like read or tend to the barbecue.
Floatation aids
When children are swimming it is important to put floatation aids on them if they cannot swim properly. These should be used correctly and you should always still watch your children while swimming. They are not to be used as a rescue aid, which will be clearly stated on the device. It is also best to use floatation aids that apply with the right standards.
Swimming lessons
Enrol your children in swimming lessons as soon as they are old enough. There are classes for children as young as six months, which these are really all about water familiarisation rather than learning to swim. Regular swimming lessons can help improve your children’s confidence around water and give them the skills to survive in water. All public pools offer swimming lessons with qualified instructors which generally fit in with the school term. There aren’t expensive, usually around ten dollars a lesson. Children can be enrolled in private lessons, depending on the swim school.

do you ever hear a medicine and suplement tha could heal any type of desease but death? nigella sativa is the answer, this medicine arrecommended by moslem prophet Muhammad SAW 1500 years ago and trugh modern medical test it has many benefit that could improve our body. you should consume it 1-2 capsules per day with very very low cost and you will soon got healthy.
The seeds of Nigella sativa Linn. (Ranunculaceae), commonly known as black seed or black cumin, are used in folk (herbal) medicine all over the world for the treatment and prevention of a number of diseases and conditions that include asthma, diarrhoea and dyslipidaemia. This article reviews the main reports of the pharmacological and toxicological properties of N. sativa and its constituents. The seeds contain both fixed and essential oils, proteins, alkaloids and saponin. Much of the biological activity of the seeds has been shown to be due to thymoquinone, the major component of the essential oil, but which is also present in the fi ed oil. The pharmacological actions of the crude extracts of the seeds (and some of its active constituents, e.g. volatile oil and thymoquinone) that have been reported include protection against nephrotoxicity and hepatotoxicity induced by either disease or chemicals. The seeds/oil have antiinflammatory, analgesic, antipyretic, antimicrobial and antineoplastic activity. The oil decreases blood pressure and increases respiration. Treatment of rats with the seed extract for up to 12 weeks has been reported to induce changes in the haemogram that include an increase in both the packed cell volume (PCV) and haemoglobin (Hb), and a decrease in plasma concentrations of cholesterol, triglycerides and glucose. The seeds are characterized by a very low degree of toxicity. Two cases of contact dermatitis in two individuals have been reported following topical use. Administration of either the seed extract or its oil has been shown not to induce significant adverse effects on liver or kidney functions. It would appear that the beneficial effects of the use of the seeds and thymoquinone might be related to their cytoprotective and antioxidant actions, and to their effect on some mediators of inflammation.

Zinc is one of the most commonly related nutrients considered when dealing with fertility and there are studies related to support a link. Zinc is an essential element of all genetic material and plays an important role in hormone attraction. When trying to conceive, zinc rich foods can play an important part of fertility and without it, it can be hard for a woman to get pregnant.

Zinc plays a vital role in protein synthesis and improves the proper function of the immune system, stress control and blood sugar stabilization and improves metabolism. Foods high in zinc also promote weight loss and can improve night blindness and eye sight. When a woman has a zinc deficiency, there can be chromosomal changes in the body which can create problems with fertility and it can increase the risk of miscarriage due to genetic defects.
When trying to conceive a baby, a woman needs to make sure she is eating the right foods and that her body is well prepared to sustain a pregnancy. All too often, a woman will not realize that a vitamin or mineral deficiency can have a direct impact on not only her ability to get pregnant, but can also keep the pregnancy from being viable. Paying close attention to eating a zinc rich diet can increase overall health and greatly reduces the chances of miscarriage within the first trimester.
Zinc deficiency not only impairs a woman’s fertility, but males can also be affected as well. Zinc is necessary for healthy sperm production and without proper levels it can directly impact male fertility. The absence of normal zinc levels can result in a reduced sperm count and is responsible for abnormal sperm motility, both of which can result in male infertility.
A person experiencing a zinc deficiency should include the following foods for fertility:
- Oysters
- Beef
- Lamb
- Crab
- Turkey
- Lobster
- Chicken
- Clams
- Salmon
- Brewer’s yeast
- Wheat germ
- Brown rice
- Whole wheat foods
- Nuts
- Beans
When trying to become pregnant and experiencing a zinc deficiency, it can result in making it very difficult. By incorporating zinc rich foods into the diet and consuming foods for fertility improvement, a woman can make sure her body is as healthy as possible before trying to become pregnant. Whether it is a male or female, zinc is a very important element and without enough of it in the diet there are many complications and problems which could keep the couple from being able to conceive.

Cheese is one of the dairy products the most important and much is consumed. It is estimated there are more than 3000 kinds of cheese in the world, who come from French, German, Dutch, Danish, Swiss, Italy, United Kingdom, United States, and European countries other. When we look at happiness we need to start from within and look for goodness in others. Being happy is a state of mind and is influenced by our attitude and our attitude to others. To be achieve true happiness and be really happy simply requires a change of outlook adopting positive thoughts and rejecting negative thoughts.

What is happiness?
The world is difficult, the life is full of problems, people are angry, irritative and negative… What to do with all these thoughts?
Almost everyone thinks about the things like this that at least once in his or her life.
Most people leave the situation as it is and only few people really find the ways to improve their lives and achieve happiness.
How do they manage to do it? Or it was just chance?
Let’s try to understand the reason and origin of their success and find ways we can be really happy.
First and foremost we should start with our mind.
Consciousness determines the being – and these are not just words. All your inner feelings and emotions directly correspond to what is happening to you and your life.
A simple example:
Every morning you go to the bathroom to take a shower or just to wash yourself. What are your first thoughts when you see yourself at the mirror? “Early getting up! I want to sleep! Going to work again! My face reflects the tiredness. I’m sick and tired of everything. When will the week-end come? Etc.”
The result:
Irritation, tiredness and dissatisfaction are the outcome of these thoughts.
All the events of the day will reflect this negative state of mind.
The way to work will be intolerable: unending traffic jams, crowds in metro and buses, angry people around.
Your job will be boring, your boss – a tyrant, your colleagues tedious, your every day dying talents…….. At home everything is the same: children, kitchen, television… Who wants to live in all these? How could we be really happy if the life is like that?
Happiness think positive
But there exist another way which is simple and straightforward and can help you face the day in a happy frame of mind and have positive thoughts
It is believed that as all negative thoughts attract negative ones so all positive thoughts attract more positives.
More over, there exists an understanding of a fact that positive field attracts another positive field. And this is exactly what we are talking about.
If you are positive inside, if you are happy to accept the world as it is in its beauty, if you really like your life all the changes will come immediately.
First you should realize that the God you worship created you not for suffering and pain, but for happiness, creation and partnership, for you to love and to be loved.
Happiness some simple rules
To be specific let’s turn to the main rules which will help you to be changed.
Every morning looking to the mirror say yourself “Dear Pete (Nick, Marry), I love you. Today you look brilliant. Today is your day; you will be successes in everything you do for the name of Love and Good.” Then smile to the mirror and look at yourself for some time to fix this feeling of smiling both inside (how you feel when smiling) and outside (how you look when smiling). Probably, this exercise will work not from the first time, but it will necessary work.
After that explain to yourself that all people you meet today will be polite, all events which could happen will be good surprises for you.
Of course, you shouldn’t forget that everything starts from yourself, a person you don’t like will hardly be polite to you, nevertheless, if you sincerely think he is good in his own way and forgive him for his being unlike the person you wanted him to be, the situation will change.
Happiness see the good in others
Be open to people, believe in your being surrounded only by interesting and kind people, be ready to get pleasure from your contacts to them, and the world will start changing for you: you will inevitably realize that a dream “How to be happy” will become a reality for you.
Happiness final words
Yes, being happy and general happiness in your life comes form your direct view of the world, it really is that simple.
If you want to be happy you will be, if you don’t you wont. So, the next time you are felling tired and angry stop and reflect and see the good in the world and use these positive thoughts to create happiness for you and those around you.
We will look at the concept of how to achieve happiness in greater detail in further articles in this series

Everyone has had a disaster in the kitchen at one time or another. Even the most experienced cook can be distracted and add too much salt, forget to set the timer, or omit a crucial ingredient. This advice will help you fix disasters and prevent them from happening in the first place.

I thought it was time to write this article because of a kitchen disaster that happened to me! I had promised friends some Pecan Pie Bars for their open house and was trying a new recipe (note to self: follow your own advice and don’t try a new recipe at a crucial time!!). The recipe seemed perfect, went together well, smelled terrific, and came out of the oven looking delicious. I let the bars cool, then pulled out a platter and cut the bars to arrange them. And discovered that the bottom crust had disappeared during baking, and instead of a two crust bar, they consisted of a crunchy topping over pecan pie filling. It was very difficult getting the bars out of the pan, and when I put them on the platter they stuck. And they pulled in half when I tried taking them off the platter. I was ready to chuck the whole thing when the solution came to me. I just turned the bars upside down so the crunchy top was the new bottom crust and sprinkled toasted pecans over the new top (former bottom). They were a smash! (more…)
