There are a number of treatments avaiable to treat a varicocele. Treatment depends on symptoms and seriousness of the condition.

Treatment in Cases with No Symptoms or Mild Symptoms
A scrotal support or supportive underwear may be the only treatment required.
Varicocele Ligation
Surgery is recommended for men with a varcocele where pain, damage to the testicles, atrophy or where treatment is required for sterility. The procedure is surgical ligation (tying off) of the distended veins. This can be carried out under a general or local anesthestic. Keyhole surgery is sometimes available and results in a smaller scar. Surgery takes about 45 minutes and is performed as day surgery.
About two weeks away from work will be required but this depends on the type of work. A scrotal support will be required for some time after surgery.
Treatment Complications following Varicocele Ligation
Complications include infection, hematoma (blood clot formation), injury to the scrotal tissue or structures, injury to the artery that supplies the testicle. Re-emergence of the varicocele occurs in between 0.6 and 45% of cases
Embolization of the Varicocele
Performed under a local anesthetic, a small incision is made into the right side of the groin, through which a small wire is passed into the large vein in the leg. The wire is guided into the veins and drains the left scrotum. A small metal coil is placed in the vein to block it off, effectively doing the same job as surgical ligation. The procedure is usually on an out patient basis. The advantages of embolization include minimal risk of damage to the testicular artery so testicular atrophy is rare. There is a very small risk of developing a hydrocele.
Reocurrance of varicocele after this procedure is between 4% and 11%.
Complications of Embolization of Varicocele
Migration of the coil out of the vein
Allergic reactions to the x-ray contrast dye
Bleeding from the right groin where the wire is inserted
Returning to Fertility following Surgical Intervention for Varicocele
It takes about 90 days for a sufficient quantity of new sperm to be produced to permit fertilization.50% of men who have a varicocelectomy to correct infertility father children within a year. 5% to 20% who recieve treatment for varicocele have a recurrance of the condition.

do you ever hear a medicine and suplement tha could heal any type of desease but death? nigella sativa is the answer, this medicine arrecommended by moslem prophet Muhammad SAW 1500 years ago and trugh modern medical test it has many benefit that could improve our body. you should consume it 1-2 capsules per day with very very low cost and you will soon got healthy.
The seeds of Nigella sativa Linn. (Ranunculaceae), commonly known as black seed or black cumin, are used in folk (herbal) medicine all over the world for the treatment and prevention of a number of diseases and conditions that include asthma, diarrhoea and dyslipidaemia. This article reviews the main reports of the pharmacological and toxicological properties of N. sativa and its constituents. The seeds contain both fixed and essential oils, proteins, alkaloids and saponin. Much of the biological activity of the seeds has been shown to be due to thymoquinone, the major component of the essential oil, but which is also present in the fi ed oil. The pharmacological actions of the crude extracts of the seeds (and some of its active constituents, e.g. volatile oil and thymoquinone) that have been reported include protection against nephrotoxicity and hepatotoxicity induced by either disease or chemicals. The seeds/oil have antiinflammatory, analgesic, antipyretic, antimicrobial and antineoplastic activity. The oil decreases blood pressure and increases respiration. Treatment of rats with the seed extract for up to 12 weeks has been reported to induce changes in the haemogram that include an increase in both the packed cell volume (PCV) and haemoglobin (Hb), and a decrease in plasma concentrations of cholesterol, triglycerides and glucose. The seeds are characterized by a very low degree of toxicity. Two cases of contact dermatitis in two individuals have been reported following topical use. Administration of either the seed extract or its oil has been shown not to induce significant adverse effects on liver or kidney functions. It would appear that the beneficial effects of the use of the seeds and thymoquinone might be related to their cytoprotective and antioxidant actions, and to their effect on some mediators of inflammation.

Deal making is a skill that some people seem to have and some people clearly don’t. Whether you are trying to buy a new car or simply haggling over the price at a neighborhood garage sale, there are times when you might just find yourself wishing you felt a bit more confident in your approach. If you think your skills could use some tweaking, consider these tips so you can learn how to make a deal with confidence.

-
Step 1
Go into the exchange with a clear goal in mind. To make a good deal, you need to have clear expectations for the outcome. Are you determined to get you boss to agree to a flex time schedule? Do you want a used car salesperson to throw in an extended warranty for free? Be absolutely certain of the outcome you want to get from the deal you intend to make. Know what you want, what you don’t want and what you are willing to bend on.
-
Step 2
Know your defense. You’ll need to have a well defined argument to plead your case to the party with whom you intend to make a deal. You can’t convince someone that something is in their best interest as well as your own if you can’t clearly communicate the benefits to them. Know your reasoning and make sure you are able to express it to the other party as clearly as possible.
-
Step 3
Anticipate the other party’s counterarguments and reasoning. Have a response prepared for every counterargument you anticipate. A great way to prepare for this is to ask a friend or family member to play devil’s advocate as you rehearse your own talking points. This will alert you of anything you might be overlooking and allow you to enter the deal making process well prepared.
-
Step 4
Focus on the deal and not the person if things get heated. In other words, don’t take it personally. Whatever gets said as you strive to make a deal, keep in mind that the other person wants to emerge triumphantly from the whole process just as much as you do. It is bound to get heated, but the frustrations you both have are a result of the struggle for each of your to get your respective ways. Keep your cool so you are better able to negotiate.
-
Step 5
Remember the old adage, “You attract more bees with honey!” This rings true, especially when you hope to make a deal with someone. When you are cordial and friendly in your dealings, you are much more likely to convince someone to bend in your favor. When you approach the deal with aggression, you will have a much harder time getting your way.
When it seems inevitable that your efforts to make a deal will not be successful, don’t be afraid to come to a compromise. It isn’t the same as making a successful deal, but at least you won’t go home empty handed.

It’s the question that many parents seek answers to. How do I encourage my child’s social growth? In a world where social skills can mean the difference between those who succeed and those who merely hang behind the lines, it is important for parents to be aware of their child’s level of social activity and just how well they interact with other people, older or younger.

Does your child cower in the presence of other children? Are they too afraid to speak up? These are issues that can be identified at the very earliest of stages. You may even begin to see certain tendencies in a child’s behavior from infancy and there are things that you can do to help them along in the social arena.
Children today face even bigger challenges than past generations. With the advent of the computer era and the apparent need to hone those “cyber skills” it can be difficult to brush up on one’s social adeptness. Children are simply not given the opportunity to participate in adequate social situations like previous generations were.
So what can you do? There is a plethora of ways to promote social activity in your child. Here are a few:
JOIN A GROUP
Check out your local paper for groups that are appropriate for your child’s age. There are all sorts of groups available for kids today. Just this once, bypass the classes that try to enhance your kids intellect and opt for the ones that require a whole lot of human interaction. Computer classes and art classes are great, but try to even them out with a group sport or other collective experience.
START YOUNG
Remember that social development begins at the earliest of ages. Take your baby or toddler along to a playgroup or Mommy and Me class where there are sure to be other children of the same age.
TRY TO LET THEM WORK THINGS OUT
Too often parents are eager to jump in and solve all their kids problems. Remember that they need the opportunity to learn how to do this for themselves. Most of the time when kids get into some sort of battle they are able to resolve it independently. Of course, you should always be aware of what is going on in their life, but do so with caution. Allow as much opportunity as possible for them to think it through and interact with all parties themselves. This is also true for babies, not just older children. Watch as they try to solve a battle over a toy, step in when it seems out of control but otherwise see if they can’t work it out.
LET THEM ASK YOU FOR HELP
From the youngest of ages you should encourage your child to develop the ability to ask for help. If they are unable to solve a situation, don’t just jump in there. First, give them the opportunity to work it out and if they are unable to, then give them an opportunity to ask you for assistance. If you do sense that their frustration level is rising, then by all means step in, but do it with the words, “Do you need me to help?” Let them know that it is OK to ask someone for assistance if they are unable to do it themselves. When they are out in the world later in life, maybe it won’t be so intimidating or humiliating to ask someone else for help.
TRY TO LIMIT THE SHAME THEY FEEL
Often the taunting an adult shows toward a child is completely in good nature, but that is not always the way that it is received. Every child is different so they may perceive things in a different way however you should be clued in to their tolerance of such jibes. Everything in a child’s world is important to them. Consider their daily pre-school/school day right up there on par with your working day. Take them seriously and let them feel proud of each and every accomplishment. A child’s day warrants just as much conversation and analysis as yours.
TALK SOME MORE
Ever wonder what to do in traffic? It’s the perfect opportunity to talk to your kids. Don’t reach for the radio dial, turn it off! Ask some questions. It doesn’t matter if there is no response from your infant/toddler or a minimal one from your teenager. The point is that you are making an effort and despite other indications, it will be appreciated and it will show your kids that open communication is acceptable.
ASK LOTS OF QUESTIONS
Never assume that since your kids don’t seem to have anything to say that there isn’t something worth while to ask about. It may be that they feel a little intimidated in sharing there information with others. If you are upfront about the importance of their contribution to the world they may just start to believe it.

i know this tips are very useful to traveler, they should know how to survive in the desert so if they lost in the deserted area, they will not got dehidration, so here the complete tips :

- Keep a survival kit in your vehicle, and pack one whenever you hike. It should contain things like matches, a compass, mirror to use for signaling, a knife, lip balm, sunscreen and something that will hold water.
- Drink a small amount of water every hour. If you find a mostly dry streambed with just a small patch of wet earth, dig underneath to find water. Another method of obtaining water is to seal a plastic bag over a green plant. As the plant transpires the water vapor will collect inside the bag.
- Plan to travel at night and sleep during the day if you find you have to survive in the desert for a period of time to protect yourself from heat related illness. Seek the shelter of any shade you can find.
- Wear clothing. It may seem like you’ll be cooler if you shed your clothes, but clothing actually helps your body’s cooling process by preventing sweat from evaporating too quickly. Clothing will also help protect you from sunburn.
- Prepare to signal planes passing overhead. If you have flares available, shoot one off whenever you see a plane. During the day keep a smoky fire burning; at night, a bright, clean burning one. Spell out the word SOS on the ground as large as you can using whatever materials you can find.
