I would not have complained if you had published an excerpt of my review with a link e.g.(click here to read more), pointing to my site. Instead you copied & pasted my entire article, even my photo links. That is called stealing other people’s content.

Excerpts to my articles are welcome but republishing my entire contents are not. Please learn to tell the difference between the two.

Mr Ariel Adams is a friend of mine. Did you ask his permission to publish the contents of his article: http://daydaily.com/2010/05/08/seiko-spring-drive-snr005-watch-review/?

You only credited the post as written by Mr Ariel Adams. Did you link back to his original post?

I will be notifying him about this.

If you are a watch lover, learn to write your own watch reviews, NOT copying and pasting other people’s work. You have Google AdSense in your blog. Which means you are drawing visitors to your site with content that you DID NOT write, hoping to earn revenue from AdSense.

Do you think what you are doing is fair to the original writer? Think about this carefully.

    Hi,

Sorry, I was not blaming you in any way. I just felt angry. If you spent a week writing a long article and some other blogger stole your hard work, bagaimana rasanya nanti dong? Pasti anda rasa hasil kerja serta bahan intelek anda telah dirampok orang.

I think you should stick to the theme of your blog – which is promoting Indonesia’s tourism. If you start putting up articles not related to tourism (like watch articles), you won’t get many visitors to your site.

Ok, if I may give you a piece of advice, you must decide what is your blog all about. I see you have categories that are not related to Indonesian tourism, e.g. parenting, technology, gadgets, recipes. Shopping, backpacking, hotels and local Indonesian news are OK for your site.

Have a look at this good example. Kamu dari Indonesia, seharusnya kamu patut lebih arif tentang negara kamu.

If you want to write about gadgets or watches, start new blogs with domain names related to the subject matter. Contohnya domain http://www.bicara-arloji.com, if you want your blog to be in Indonesian language.

If you don’t know how to write, then look for “ghost writers” i.e, people who write articles for you for a fee. I think they charge USD5 per article, depending on how complicated it is.

Please check your email. Saya rasa Pak Ariel Adams sudah menulis kepada anda dan dia berasa amat marah dengan kamu mencuri artikelnya.

    sekian terima kasih.
