simple tips to stay healthy and fit in work

If you work and still want to keep fit and healthy, there are a few tips for you and hopefully can also add your work productivity.

There are a few tips for all of you. refer to some of the following tips:

1. Do not forget to eat breakfast before work, little food or rest time between the fruit. Take care not to late for lunch or dinner. Eat nutritious foods in a balanced way.

2. Attitude and body position at work is affecting our ability to complete a job. Do not sit, stand, bend, squat continuously. Less good for health. While sitting keep your spine is not curved, so the chest is not doubled. Try not to stand idly rigid, all-time gerakkkan feet, a little walk. Also, when bent, do not be too far with things done.

3. Take care of personal hygiene and your work environment and also try to not spread the disease.

4. Perform light exercise to stay fit body.

5. Working continuously without a break other than tiring ganggguan cause stress. For that to attempt a short break at work. You can relax, chat easy, the roads out of fresh air, enjoy the music, watching TV and so on.

6. Try to peace and peaceful atmosphere in the workplace, in order to concentrate, keep thinking positive and calm in the works.

7. If not feeling well at work, contact the clinic or doctor immediately terdekat.agar no worse illness.

8. Wear protective equipment such as masks, gloves, headgear if you work in the industrial sector, to prevent accidents and chemical poisoning.
