do some sport activity like you can play football, badminton, tennis and many others, most important things that you are enjoying of doing that sport activity.

2. hang out
hang out with your family, friends, and many others. you will feel happy when you’re with them, and offcourse that will make you relaks
3. do traveling
you can do it by expensive traveling (ir you’re rich person) or do backpacking, i recommend backpacking because it had many challenge that would make you happy when you can handle it
