jakarta known as a capital city of indonesia, many mall or shopping destination there, you can easily use your money to shopping or to eat some tasty food.

jakarta shopping destination
If one planned to go on a tour in jakarta it would be a must to add a side journey in order to explore the fascinating shopping destinations of the region. Shoppers can find all sorts of items they would have on their shopping lists, as a variety of all-integrated shopping malls are waiting to fulfill customer requirements throughout the day.
When it comes to supermarkets in Indonesia the name “Hero” plays the most prominent role as it is the largest supermarket chain in the country since 1971. It holds a great reputation for its’ wide selection of both local and imported goods that include all food items and other household requirements. What is more impressive in this chain of supermarkets is that they pay attention to the protection of the environment while even using only recyclable bags and boxes.
Another main shopping destination in Indonesia is the courtyard of the Sultan’s Palace where most people scatter around in the late afternoons. A large number of people come to the area with friends and families in order to spend some relaxing time while sharing gossip and doing other recreational activities after the hectic work hours. The area is also full of vendors who set up small boutiques and carts filled with small items and quick snacks.
For those who seek international fashion items in a posh and illuminated ambience, Plaza Indonesia and Plaza Senayan exemplify the world-standard fashion capitals that meet with trendiest fashion outcomes in the world. In addition these shopping malls obviously include outstanding restaurants offering mouthwatering menus which are in the level of prominent hotels in Jakarta.
Among these super shopping malls in Jakarta people find it really easy to get access to gratifying accommodation providers such as Ascott serviced apartments that lead the hospitality services along with other Jakarta Serviced Apartments. One who intends to have a long stay in the region are welcome by these serviced apartments and hotels to satisfy the visitor in remarkably elegant interiors.
welcome to jakarta and you will find an exciting shopping destination there.

indonesia diving spot
Indonesia is an archipelago comprising of over 17,000 islands, a volcanic arc that spreads over two thousand miles from Sumatra in the west to Papua in the east. At the heart of the coral triangle, a region which scientists believe holds the planets highest concentration of marine biodiversity, Indonesia surely plays host to some of the worlds finest dive sites. Of course the quality of a dive is purely subjective but here are my top five for diving in Indonesia.
Pantee Peunateng, Pulau Weh, Sumatra: This high adrenaline dive sites is highly exposed making it an intense experience even when conditions are calmer than most. A fringing reef with dramatic craggy wall sections it has typically strong currents that attract many species of pelagic fish. Black and whitetips are often seen whilst larger fish, attracted by the nutrients brought in by ocean currents include whale sharks, mola mola and mantas. Not for the faint hearted Pantee Peunateng is surely a wild experience
Lekaun One, Bunaken Island, North Sulawesi: The infamous Lekaun dive sites have always been on many a travelers list whilst diving in Indonesia. The reef flat that surrounds the island plunges to hundreds of meters creating a dramatic wall covered in hard and soft corals desperately competing for space. Hunting reefs sharks and trevally can often been seen working their way up the reef, whilst giant green turtles rest in the ledges of the wall.
The Passage, Raja Ampat: One of the more popular dive sites of Raja Ampat and only 5-10 meters deep it forms a river like sea fjord where many passages snake off to meet underwater grottoes. A truly mystical experience this is one of many in the region like it. The tree canopies overhead close above it whilst the sun rays bring out the dramatic colors of the reef.
Hairball, Lembeh Strait, North Sulawesi: For macro life there are few places on earth that can compare with the Lembeh Strait. The black sand slope at Hairball plays host to a huge abundance of marine life. On a typical dive here you can expect to find many types of octopus, snake eels, frog fish, star gazers and nudibranchs (sea slugs) where in other parts of the world these sightings would be few and far between.
Langkoi Rock, Komodo: A submerged pinnacle found not far from Langkoi Island to the Southwest of Komodo which makes an exhilarating dive. The walls that surround the pinnacle drop away steeply to great depths. Exposed to strong currents and surge, it attracts many types of shark including grey reefs, white tips, hammerheads and bronze whalers. Many believe it is a breeding ground for many grey reef sharks. Langkoi Rock is a truly heart pounding diving experience. For more information on diving in Indonesia visit diving in Indonesia.

Bunaken National Park is located in North Sulawesi, Indonesia. With over 8,000 hectares of coral reef, an estimated 2,000 species of fish and at least 58 different genera and sub genera of corals in the park its no surprise this region has been an attraction for divers for many years. The reef slopes range in depth from 50 meters to over 200 meters, the deepest of which are found between the islands of Mantehage and Manado Tua, at over 1,300 meters. This is possible only because of the lack of a continental shelf, part of the reason Bunaken Island plays host to such a wealth of marine life. Nutrient rich waters are fed through oceanic channels. Upwelling brings this food source closer to the surface where many species feed. Its these ingredients that attract those wishing to dive Sulawesi.
Many hard and soft corals compete on the reefs that surround the park. Colonies of animals individually referred to as ‘polyps’ are joined together by a thin layer of common tissue. They generally survive at depths between the surface of the water and 30m. All corals contain zooxanthellae, a species of algae which converts sunlight into food through photosynthesis; the excess nutrients not used by the algae are consumed by the coral, this is known as a symbiotic relationship.
Reef dwelling fishes live around the coral reefs and lagoons of the park. They rely on the reef as a food source and for shelter. Most reef fishes rest during the night, whilst being active during the day. These include the butterfly fish, angel fish and gobies amongst many other families. Pelagics however are open water fish, travel long distances and are generally faster swimmers. These include trevally, tuna and sharks.
Marine reptiles also inhabit the park. Estuarine crocodiles have been sighted

in the mangrove areas, although sightings are very rare. Sea snakes, despite spending considerable amounts of time beneath the surface are air breathers making them reptiles and are often seen by divers, particularly in sea grass beds and mangrove areas.
Of the eight species of turtle found worldwide at least five live in Indonesia, three of which make regular sightings. All in all Bunaken Marine Park supports an incredible wealth of marine life. For those wishing to experience diving in Indonesia, Bunaken is a must see destination.

ubud
Ubud is a remarkable town in the middle of the island of Bali. For more than a century, it has been the island’s preeminent centre for fine arts, dance and music. While it once was a haven for scruffy backpackers, cosmic seekers, artists and bohemians, Ubud is now a hot spot for literati, glitterati, art collectors and connoisseurs. Famous names walk its busy sidewalks everyday. Elegant five star hotels and sprawling mansions now stand on its outskirts, overlooking the most prized views in Bali. Nonetheless, Ubud is still popular with backpackers, mystics and all the finest fringe elements of global society. Ubud is not “ruined”. Its character is too strong to be destroyed. It still draws people who add something; people who are actively involved in art, nature, anthropology, music, dance, architecture, environmentalism, “alternative modalities,” and more.
Ubud is arguably the best place to use as a base if you’re visiting Bali; if you’re looking for culture, comfort, nature and inspiration. Ubud is surrounded by most of the things that bring people to Bali — scenic rice fields, small villages, art and craft communities, ancient temples, palaces, rivers, cheap accommodation and unique luxury hotels. And it’s central location makes it easy to get from Ubud to the mountains, beaches, and major towns.
Why peruse these web pages?
The real Ubud is under the surface. There are plenty of interesting things on the main streets, but most of the magic of Ubud is hidden away. In the backstreets, backwaters, courtyards and cafes. In people’s hearts, minds, and dreams. This part of the Bali web site was built to show you how to go behind the facade and find the real Ubud, and the real Bali, without having to spend all your time searching for it. There’s no point in repeating what’s in the guidebooks, so we’ve tried not to. If you’re interested in Ubud, there are at least a dozen guidebooks on Bali available and they all provide information on Ubud. Use this web site before you go to guidebooks, to find out what makes Ubud so special. Then use it after the guidebooks for up-to-date information, news and features about our extra ordinary town.

after posting an articles about 10 things you can do in bali, i would like to post an articles about the most popular things to do in bali, here we go :

popular things to do in bali
2) Padi fields
The beautiful terraced green padi fields are another must see for a visitor to the island of Bali. Most tourists will automatically head to Ubud in Gianyar Regency, about a 45 minute drive from Bali International Airport to stay in a hotel or villa overlooking the padi fields. But if you do find yourself in this area, the best padi field scenery is at Jatih Luwih and Tegallalang, not too far from Ubud. This is best seen on a half day or full day tour which will most likely take you to other scenic sites along the way. Take a half day tour to visit these places.
3) Galleries, Museums and artistics statue
Bali has a large concentration of art galleries and museums. Beautiful paintings can be found in Ubud, home of many of Bali’s well known and aspiring artists. The peaceful scenery and tranquility of the area must be an inspiration for the remarkably detailed paintings these artists create and whose works are displayed in the numerous art galleries and museums found in Ubud village. Some of the more well known galleries are The Agung Rai Museum of Art, Neka Museum, Antonio Blanco Renaissance Museum, Komaneka Gallery and Seniwati Gallery of Art by Women just to name a few. Staying at the Arma Resort in Ubud will entitle you to a ARMA Resort Guest Card which gives you free entry into the Agung Rai Museum of Art.
4) Music and dance especially barong dance
Dance and music plays a very important part of the life of a Balinese. Every ceremony and festival is almost always accompanied by traditional dance and the soothing sounds of the Gamelan. You will find many locations in and near Ubud where you can watch these dance performances. Dancers wear glittery and colourful costumes, executing to perfection elaborate hand movements and facial expressions to convey stories of the Ramayana. You can watch the elegant Legong Dance and listen to the Gamelan orchestra playing at the Ubud Palace in central Ubud, or see other entertaining performances such as the Warrior Dance and Kecak Dance at other locations within the town. Wayang Kulit, or Shadow Play performances are also a common evening entertainment for the local Balinese and tourists alike. You can even register for Balinese dance classes or gamelan classes. If you stay at the Arma Resort in Ubud, your children can take part in dance lessons for free.
5) Yoga and Spa Treatments
With the luxurious and romantic resorts come the ultra indulgent and sensuous spa treatments at the growing number of world class spa facilities and health resorts appearing all over Bali.
